I am at the Allergy and Free From show in Birmingham. A place where a bag of flour is considered a biological weapon.

An intriguing purchase from the Allergy and Free From show. Kind of a posh Pot Rice. Just add water and cook through. If it’s nice it’ll be a game-changer for travel. Loads of flavours available and 100% GF.
