<p>Ahoy! I did electrical engineering with a focus on power systems. I did transmission, substation, and ground grid designs. I worked with a bunch of different generations, but I’ve always had a soft spot for nuclear and renewables. My senior thesis was on a supplemental renewable grid design for my hometown. Fun stuff!</p> <p>I’m also really into native gardening. I’ve planted tons of wildflowers and trees. It’s been a blessing to see such wildlife inside a city. Even saw a coyote!</p> <p>Nowadays, I’m just a stay at home parent, raising some kids. Which itself is an amazing opportunity to teach a new generation about science, and taking care of our beautiful Earth.</p>
