@AlSweigart yes and not bacause ita magic but C-level people shove it down. The company i work at was bought and the new COO requires it. This week we have a workshop.. and everyone is depressed as fuck.

@chartier when my son was born the doctor told me it had done it. But he is not that type of person and i am sure he said it mostly as a preventative measure if i was a dumbass. How pathetic a man can be to ask for this..
