Mountain Mindset

Sharing photos & stories from the mountains. I've lived a rather nomadic life. Learning you can go as far as you want, as long as you're willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort. Ask yourself and you will see, you can manifest destiny. Use your mind to create the opportunities you want to experience." Sharing some of the lessons and experiences I learned from.

The creek, trail and glacier are all named after P.B. V.T., even the falls below Christine are...

Spotted this charred tree in the wild. Im assuming these burnt scars are from a lightning strike? Pretty amazing! The tree branches above looked quite healthy. #thicktrunktuesday #lightning #tree #perserverance

Found some new views of Tahoma to share! This side of Mt Rainier National Park is rarely visited, we saw old tracks but had the mountain to ourselves on Saturday. Looking up from 7000ft/2134m this view is only half way to the top summit around 14,410ft/4392m. We were glad to be 100% done on our 50% summit. More stories ahead... #mountainmonday #mountains #tahoma #mtrainier #splitboarding

As Im moving into an unknown for which I cannot see... maybe someone needs to hear this quote today as much as me. "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, go...
