If you read the article, you see there is no confirmation that the actions alleged by the plaintiffs took place. What you see is Google settling this lawsuit for a pretty small number compared to what they would spend on a full case and all the embarrassing discovery that would take place.

  Just spent an hour prompting the Codex agent in Xcode 26.3 attempting to create the beginnings of a basic Note taking app and no matter what I do when I tap Create Document I get the same error and it seems incapable of fixing it. So that’s my experience so far.

  There are several sites I use regularly that seem to have some serious performance issues on Safari. The fun part is that none of the Google sites I use are in that group.
