  And this result is exactly why the US women are justified in getting the same pay as the men. You can say what you want about the level of competition, skill, etc and whatever. It boils down to this…when the women compete people expect them to win and they do. Multiple world cups and Olympic medals. When the men’s team competes people hope they do “well” and they always come up short… #worldcup2026 #soccer
