Parents have sent Xmas card &amp; my birthday card… Idk how to feel. we have fallen out, I’ve finally said no consistently to things now not living where there would be huge consequences they won’t allow me to get my own stuff back…yet cards? even said they know won’t see each other for Xmas? Im still wrestling with the decision on whether to challenge the uni complaint outcome or not. They upheld lack of prompt action by staff and their poor behaviour towards me. But didn’t offer any remedy that I wasn’t already entitled to by law. Idk what to do honestly…

Taken a long time to realise that a lot of the posts (esp on Twitter/X) people make about how to deal with #depression are referring to *temporary* sadness/emotion + not the chronic depression disorder #mentalillness #mentalhealth

had to be rushed to hospital &amp; my face/head put back together last night as had an accident outside. Never seen so much blood in my life! I am recovering at home now &amp; prob be a bit quieter here. #Grateful to #NHS for removing foreign object from head &amp; putting bk together in ~4hrs!
