  I’m pretty sure I can migrate my last two IFTTT applets to n8n. They both send things I post elsewhere to Day One. But I’m now remembering that Day One has an “Email to Journal” feature that I should be able to use in n8n to accomplish the same thing.

  Just set up an n8n workflow to grab some hard drive prices from Amazon and send them to me in a Telegram message each morning. I might turn it into a Mastodon bot at some point as others might find it useful as well.

  My six-year-old spent the whole time during his haircut talking to the barber about aspect ratios, resolutions, overscan, and other TV settings. He’s been tinkering with them lately. The guy getting his haircut next to him just happened to run a company that installed projectors and jokingly offered him a job.

  Went out to the in-laws house today and found that their Time Capsule was showing a yellow light. Checked AirPort Utility and it told me it was overheating. I suspect the fan went. Luckily, I have an old AirPort Extreme that I could swap it out with, but that means I need to figure out another drive for them to use Time Machine with.
