hung out with a couple of trans guys from the UK and immediately felt back at home then we started talking about what's happened in the UK since I've left and ha ha ha ha ha oh my god. Oh my god. Was glad there were some canadians around so I could tell them: see, I was being totally honest about how tits up the UK's been going

today I went for lunch with the in-laws at some boomer chain restaurant there was some plastic in my soup, but I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't have the energy to turn the family outing into A Thing I should've, though, because when the entrée came my wife found a piece of steel wool in her pasta :blobcat_nauseated:

Today marks five years since I got bottom surgery. The impact of any medical transitioning steps is different for everyone, of course. For me though: it is hard to overstate just how much vaginoplasty changed my life: alleviating my depression, helping me discover my extraversion and exploring my femininity, everything. I can scarcely remember what life was like beforehand, heh.

sometimes I worry about my toki pona listening comprehension getting rusty due to getting almost zero practice these days, and then I watch a youtube video of someone speaking toki pona and understand all of it in real time. thank you brain!
