  There are so many interesting podcasts. I've just finished an episode of Under The Influence where Terry O'reilly answers questions about advertizing from listeners. Very interesting as always. I wish I had a group of friends to hear these with and discuss. These shows pass the time nicely, but they could do more with a group of engaged listeners getting to know each other while learning about so many things.

  Well folks, it's the start of Summer. I'm out on my balcony after enjoying a scrumptious bacon and egg brunch. I have most of a wonderful cup of Jumping Bean Screech Rum coffee to finish and tons of fun listening. Plenty of books, dramas and podcasts. I love this expansive charged liminal feeling. All of my obligations have taken as Summer break. Two months of restorative exploration. Hopefully, there'll be a bit more socializing than last Summer.

  Thought I'd listen to the Juno awards tonight. Haven't done that in years. Thankfully, I recognize many of the artists. However, I don't believe I'm familiar with May Martin, the host of the show.

  You know music isn't central to life when you have vague "have I actually heard the Beaches sing before?" vibes. The voice of the lead singer seems to be so different to what I thought I'd remembered that I now think I've mislabelled yet another group in my mind as The Beaches. <sigh!>

  Good morning everyone. I've been up for a couple of hours already. Just paused work on my section about avoiding online scams long enough to enjoy breakfast. I need to conclude the section with my overall thoughts about online trust and safety. Hopefully, despite a poor sleep, I can finish that today. I'll be giving the Unseen Touchscreen lecture about this section on Wednesday. It has sat mostly done for months now. Time to finish the thing.

  Had a fun dream last night. I have thoughts on when it's alright to eat certain things. I'd feel strange having a hamburger or beer for breakfast. In the dream, my father in law convinced me to drink beer for breakfast. The next thing I knew, I was curled up on the chair I had been sitting on. My wife Sara then asked in a truly disgusted voice: "Did you just turn into a big soft salted pretzil?" Morosely, I had to answer yes. No idea how I could have avoided my...

  I think I've done a pretty good day's work. Finished the section on avoiding scams. Written the Unseen Touchscreen notes for that section plus the primer on helpful iPhone resources when facing danger. All set for Wednesday now.

  Good morning everyone. Today is a very exciting and busy one. This morning is my chance to spend our CCB chapter online meeting teaching the material I've just added to my book about what your iPhone can offer if you face danger. In the afternoon, there's my Unseen Touchscreen lecture about avoiding scams and online crime which owning an iPhone can expose you to. Also, I'll be keeping an ear out for Apple 50th anniversary surprises and hope to hear the liftoff of Artemis...

  Just polished off a light lunch after the morning's meeting. We had a few new members join us. Hope I didn't scare any of them offf. I think the cession went pretty well. Next up, there's the one o'clock Unseen Touchscreen course lecture. Think I'm as prepared as I can be.

  Good morning everyone. Today, I'll continue to work on another new section for my book. The section serves as a primer for people who may find themselves in danger. It'll cover features like emergency SOS and the Safety check feature found in privacy and security settings for people needing to quickly restrict access to shared information when relationships become abusive. My hope is that people will familiarize themselves with the material before they actually need it.
