Welp. Google retiring another feature I make significant use of. And therefore giving me more reason to move my email hosting over to @beasts https://support.google.com/mail/answer/17101213?visit_id=639214292624149115-3513201760 (I expect Mythic Beasts also doesn&#39;t provide this feature exactly as I use it, but this was one of Google&#39;s killer features for me. One less thing I lose when I migrate, in return for working with a service provider who I actually like and trust.)

#NixOS / #nixpkgs questions: I&#39;m running against nixos-unstable. Home Manager has a &quot;news&quot; feature that tells me when things change in ways I might care about. Does anyone have a cunning way to get notified about changes to the Nixpkgs and NixOS release notes? I can write my own monitoring script, but if there&#39;s a way of doing this that doesn&#39;t require reinventing this particular wheel, that&#39;d be preferable!

Minimal #NixOS VM base config, for when I want to quickly spin up something disposable to reproduce a problem. After writing something similar two or three times, I figured it was time to do the job properly and commit it somewhere I&#39;d find it next time I go looking. https://github.com/me-and/nixos-minimal-vm
