@marcoarment one of @overcastfm’s most amazing features is restarting at the start of a phrase or sentence after a pause. It’s almost completely unnoticed in my day to day, but then when I do notice or realise, it’s super impactful in its own way. Thanks for caring about the little details.

If I see one more Cloudflare "Verify you're not a robot" check box today I'm going to vomit bricks.

@caseyliss I have a suggestion for getting your @atpfm co-hosts to watch some F1: get them to watch a Sprint Race. They’re shorter than a full GP and more competitive as there usually isn’t a pit stop.

@caseyliss a little something for the next F1 Apex section of @atpfm. There’s actually an amazing indie app called FormulaApex that is top tier. It’s got all sorts of great info and some very slick UI/UX. https://apps.apple.com/au/app/formula-apex/id6624304101

I just spend 2 minutes on LinkedIn because someone messaged me there. What a cesspool. Brown nosers and AI sycophants as far as the eye could see. Yuck.

@siracusa your pronunciation of Melbourne on this weeks’ ATP was literally the best I’ve heard from an American 👏🏻

After a year of a case and screen protector, it’s time to go back to the natural order: full naked robotic core.

@siracusa I just listened to the Siri pronunciation saga on @atpfm. This used to be possible with the phrase “that’s not how you say [name]” apropos of nothing. I know because I did it numerous times. This is definitely no longer the case it seems. The “full name” phrasing must have been introduced at some point recently.

Why is Apple Music incapable of keeping the tracks on my albums in order? Songs constantly get removed from the album and added as a "single" instead. Random artists, random albums. For example, tracks 2 and 4 from this The Rubens album have been removed out into a single. I've only ever added the album to my library. And no, switching to another service is not the solution. How do I complain about this to Apple?

In Rainbows by Radiohead is an amazing album. One of their best if you ask me.

Misadventures of Doomscroller by Dawes is an excellent album FYI

@gruber I was listening to the latest Talk Show episode and the HTML standard uses the <address> element for authors https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#the-address-element. I have always assumed that was for physical addresses. This StackOverflow talks about it in a bit more detail https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7290504/which-html5-tag-should-i-use-to-mark-up-an-author-s-name

What’s the point of paying for a Disney+ subscription if they play un-skippable ads for NFL? I don’t watch it and never will. Bloody corporations man.
