This week I've been interviewed for the OpenObservability Podcast, to talk about #OpenTelemetry #eBPF Instrumentation (OBI) and its origins from @grafana #Beyla. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-J3O5nizuE

I'm aware that it's a 14-old-bully expression, but that "Dirty Sanchez" nickname really sounds badass

Unpopular opinion: Windows Phone was the best smartphone OS. A clean UI that ran smoothly in a $100 device, with high accessibility features by default. Even if you ran it into a cheap device (Nokia 520), you got regular system patches and upgrades for years.

People who devoted their lives to find subtle stack overflows and dangling pointers to inject machine code into your system, after OpenClaw success: "So if I wanted full access to your credentials, I just had to ask!"

We always see examples of agentic companies reaching 1M$ ARR in weeks. We don't hear about companies going bankrupcy after spending 7 figures in AI to end up producing tons of low-value slop and decapitalizing their engineers.

So it lays the one that took me everywhere during what I think were and will be the best 16 years of my life. I hope that in the few years it has left, it contributes to someone else's happiness!!

Hehe you caught me! (proceeds with a "corrected" solution that replicates exactly the same hallucination)

What if we all died before we realized that World War III had broken out, and Chuck Norris was the only one left in the world of the living?

Be careful to not become a mere proxy or load balancer between your job and your AI agents.

MSXDev25 (https://www.msxdev.org) was a success in terms of number of submissions. However I have a bittersweet feeling regarding to the abuse of AI tools. IMO, there was nothing wrong with simple graphics or poorly-coded games, as long as they kept the soul of the artist behind them. AI just killed that.

I gave a try at Busuu and I had the same sick feeling as with Duolingo: a 2-minute lesson followed by 1 minute of animated noise related to badges, goals, week streaks, and tons of stuff that are not related with language learning at all.

Han acusado injustamente a una cabrita de vulnerar la intimidad del ganado bovino. La han convertido en un chivo espiatoro.
