I wouldn&#39;t wish DMA-compliance on my worst enemy. Gatekeeping is bad. But the DMA requirements are IMHO far reaching and too prohibitive. They hinder innovation and don&#39;t do much to enable competition. Firstly, I wouldn&#39;t requires that any new feature requires immediate API support for third parties. As a kid (and still today) I was impressed by the technical feat of watching a live broadcast of the Tour de France. Yesterday I was in awe watching NASA&#39;s live feed from the cameras on board the Spacecraft showing earth growing closer all the way to planes and other apparatus showing the descent through the atmosphere and splashdown of the capsule, all while millions were watching live on YouTube. What an amazing achievement that comes only second to the spaceflight itself. ⭐️
