A few weeks ago, @francisfuna and I went back to this 10-seater ramen joint along Maginhawa because he was craving for a bowl. My first try wasn&#39;t really worth writing home about, but I was willing to give it another shot. So off we went. Completely forgot to post about this fantastic discovery: that JT&#39;s Manukan serves pinangat! It&#39;s a Bicolano dish made of fish (or shrimp) wrapped in taro leaves and cooked in coconut milk. When I first tried this dish in Naga several years ago, I instantly fell in love with it. It&#39;s savory and creamy but not cloying. So I&#39;m incredibly happy that JT&#39;s has this in their menu! 💃 #MakanApaToday #food #TootSEA
