<p>I am a retired software CEO who has been living the dream in beautiful Colorado for many years while pursuing a wide variety of demanding physical activities all aimed at achieving those precious peak experiences of life. </p><p>Over the past 10 years I have used both my lived experience and my software skills to help people live healthier lifestyles in a variety of ways, spiritually, physically and mentally.
