For those worried about #ChatControl please don't think about talking to the geeks about all the ways it is possible to flood the scanning systems with junk. When you hope to #StopChatControl in no way consider that it could become economically unviable using old school spam techniques.

Today, for no reason, instead of struggling to keep my blood sugar down to an acceptable level, I'm struggling to keep it up to a safe level. My body is just doing its own thing today, I guess.
