  Had an awful nightmare that woke me up at 0430. Wasn't getting back to sleep after that so came down and made the daily lunches, had a cup of coffee and checked on the seedlings. The whole fam is due wake up in 5min and now Im back to feeling like I could sleep again. But I know if I have a nap, I'll be grumpy for the rest of the day. Ugh. Stupid nightmare.   I just told my kids (in a long winded and overly dramatic manner) the story of the supercomputer, Deep Thought. How it was set the monumental task of answering the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything, and that after eons of calculations it finally returned the answer: 42. Kids were looking at me like I was a nutbag, and rolling their eyes. Then I asked them.... "What's 6x7?" They lost their goddam shit, and left for school giggling their heads...

  I have the best idea for a #DnD character that I probably wont get to play cause I'm currently the DM of my group... Hear me out! A Bugbear Vermin Lord Ranger who has the Magic Initiate feat at level 1 and uses it to cast Find Familiar. Her favourite familiar is a Giant Fly, that (since she is medium sized and the fly is large sized) she can ride, thus giving her a fly speed of 60ft. Now, since the giant fly has no other actions but it acts on it's own initiative in combat,...

  My danish teen and his danish mates are in the gaming room playing Cockroach Poker. For some reason, they have all also decided that this is the perfect time to practise their German. So they're currently yelling at each other in german about flies, toads, bats and spiders then breaking down in fits of giggles.
