@b0rk IME it's almost invariably the front-end team implementing, based on loading the marketing team's pile of 3rd party tracking scripts and seeing what doesn't load

@b0rk definitely not a recurring sore point ๐

@phooky I worked on a project for a client that revolved around Wang Annotations last year, although in fairness that was probably the least cursed part of it.

@jonikorpi Astro if you want an all-in-one solution or Eleventy if you want maximum control and are happy plugging a lot of bits together to get there. (I voted Astro)

@sil if you wrap the curly braces in regular parentheses it might work with the implicit return?
-
Post #2821489
@sil plain brackets should (although the explicit return is probably more readable anyway ๐ ) m.map(item => ({thing: item, punc: "!"}))

@sil yeah it gets cryptic quickly

@semanticist it's been a while since I've used one but I think they might not play well with responsive layouts, and they're fiddly to author. Bandcamp still uses them in production though (on desktop only) so they're not totally dead. SVGs are nicer but probably even fiddlier if you're not used to working with them.
