duckdb v1.1.0 is out, the release candidate for the corresponding duckdb #rstats package is now available on r-universe: https://duckdb.r-universe.dev/duckdb . Please tell me if it works in your use cases, I’d like to release to CRAN soon.

Welcome the latest addition to the tidyverse: duckplyr! 🎉 https://duckplyr.tidyverse.org/ The duckplyr package aims to be a fully compatible drop-in replacement for dplyr, using duckdb when it can for performance, and always giving the same results as plain dplyr.
