@gusseting If I had unlimited money I&#39;d settle for the Cayman islands. English speaking, warm climate, low crime and a small relatively weak government that shouldn&#39;t be able to intrude on peoples private lives the way a large well organised one can. But, I have almost no resources so I&#39;m stuck living under soft authoritarianism that might turn very hard in a couple of years.
