A #GelPrint from my “Stick-In-The-Eye” period (I kept painting and drawing the same motif for months but really had no idea what it was all about). I was experimenting with #painting #AcrylicPaint onto the #GelPlate and then #printing it. #art #artist #abstractart #fediart #mastoart #kunst #color #print #printing #printmaking #gelliprint

This one is a bit of a #piecemeal. I painted a couple of wooden boards a couple of years ago but wasn’t all that happy with them at the time. I took some photos and then painted over the boards. Some time later I came across the photo again and started fiddling with it on #Procreate. So this is #AcrylicPaint / #DigitalArt and I do very much identify with her #FacialExpression. #mastoart #figure #expression #painting #art #artist #kunst

This is from the “Time Well Spend” Exhibition by Fibre Arts Take Two. It’s called “Humanity - For Hind Rajab” by New Zealand based artist Ute Schroeder and it made me cry. This is what art should be like! #art #mastoart #fiberarts #newzealand #palestine #red #taketwoartcourses #politicalart #artactivism

I wanted to share with you guys my favorite piece from the #CyTwombly exhibition at the #GagosianArtGallery in NYC in 2025. The second pic is a detail of this piece. I wanted to camp out at the place but eventually they booted me out. #art #artist #abstract #abstractart #mastoart #twentiethcentury #symbolism #painting #drawing #scribbles #abstractexpressionism

I just saw that it’s #portfolioDay. I’m a recreational artist born in Germany but reside in NY at the moment. #Abstraction and #expression is my thing. I work mostly in #acrylic but grab pretty much any other medium that tickles my fancy. Here are some older and newer pieces.

    #Abstract #play in my #sketchbook. It’s made from #acrylic #paint, bitumen, and coffee. I made such a mess. It was awesome! #art #kunst #artist #abstractart #mastoart #mixedmedia #creativity #painting
