Since #homeassistant accepts AI contributions I'm looking for a #noai #nollm FOSS alternative, any recommendations from the fediverse?

I've setup #syncthing to synchronize my music between my desktop and my android, and run deadbeef on the desktop and vinyl music player on my phone. No more ai-infested #spotify for me! #noai #nollm

@Hal_9000@chaos.social The #prusa core one+ kit got delivered on friday, so my wife and I assembled it over the past three days and fired it up for a test print an hour ago. It worked, first try! The documentation was outstanding just as you said and with the exception of maybe three steps in the assembling everything was smooth sailing all the way. Extremely happy with my purchase, so thank you again!

Finally getting around to delete #spotify from my life. I'm looking for a nice #noai #nollm FOSS music player for android and would appreciate any suggestions! The most important feature would be the ability to play local media files on the device itself but streaming media from a local media server would also be a nice bonus.

Ugh.. #kubernetes and #kubevirt appears LLM-infested. I've long been on the fence about k8s since I've loved what I can do with the ecosystem but damn its an ugly child already and the last thing k8s needs is slop served on top of it. So I looked to #incus as I've heard alot of good things about it, but lo and behold they also accept slop albeit under a pretty restrictive policy :( #noai #nollm

asking the hivemind for suggestions for 3d printers. Total noob with no particular application in mind other than maybe #3dprint replacement parts for stuff. I am more interested in the things I can print than the printer itself :) It's important that no functionality is locked behind cloud services or subscriptions. So no #bambulabs I guess, especially after the OrcaSlicer debacle Maybe a #prusa ? Or are they also enshittified? or a #creality ?

I was digging in opencodes github repo to find a clue regarding how and when it parses remote configs from .well-known/opencode and found this issue https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/issues/10939?issue=anomalyco%7Copencode%7C22191 TL;DR if the config contains a command key under auth it will silently execute on the client system when you authenticate to the provider 🤯 The security surrounding the AI ecosystem is a fucking joke #ai #llm #vibecoding #opencode EDIT: I did not find this issu...
