It fucken wimdy in Tōhoku, trains are getting cancelled on some coastal lines (Hachinohe Line, Jōban Line) and inland lines (Yamada Line, Hanawa Line). No replacement bus service, as usual. :Blobhaj_Shock:

Computer didn't want to wake up from sleep after cat sleeping on keyboard, had to hard reset it... Took the opportunity to finally upgrade Fedora from 42 to 44 when nothing was running anyway. Also dnf install f40-backgrounds-kde as a bonus :Blobhaj_Sunglasses:

Next month I'm gonna ride my first sleeping train! I've travelled during night many times but always on a seat, but for this trip I'm gonna use a EuroNight sleeper (CZ-ČD WLABmz826 72-91.0) and a NightJet couchette capsule (A-ÖBB Bcmz 52-91.5) and I'm fucking looking forward to the experience!

Buying stuff on Allegro Business is so much fun! /s This time the seller is trying to scam me by invoicing prices including VAT as prices excluding VAT, pocketing the difference of 23% Polish VAT instead of refunding. Gonna be interesting trying to rectify the invoice.

It has been announced that the wrapping is nearing its end of life and will be removed in the spring 2027 (or any time earlier if it gets damaged). I'm not sure if I'll make it to Japan before that, a lot of stuff is going on in my life that might hinder me from going. I've decided to get off atomoxetine. Even though there were some nice positive effects in general, it ended up wrecking my work life significantly - and in turn also family, me time, and sleep as I am trying to catch up during evenings and nights...
