    I noticed that recently* #whatsapp #web is loading much, much slower than before. I decided to look into it. A simple closing and reopening it in a new tab consumes 32 MiB (!!!) of traffic. I imagine that opening it once a week, as I do is even more demanding. * In 2026 #mysterysolved

    If your #HomeAssistant OS upgrade from 17.3 to 18.0/18.1 broke your #pi compute module&#39;s integrated bluetooth, the quickest workaround is running `ha os boot-slot other` over ssh. Before you do that, verify that the other slot contains 17.3 by running `ha os info`. #quickfix

    Hey, @jwz@mastodon.social! I am trying to find/make a fully transparent lock/srceensaver for X. My research indicates that I might be caught up in fool&#39;s errand here. I read up on your posts about xscreensaver and thought -- could this guy enlighten me as to why it&#39;s not a thing?

    Such luck! Accidentally found #CR2032 batteries that you can buy without a package. I&amp;#39;ll have to think about storage a bit but it beats scissoring right on the edge of plastic and metal for two minutes every time I need to change one of the little ones.
