  @0x5021 mein Gedanke ist, dass es ja nix bringt, wenn nur die andere Seite Meinungsforschungsinstitute belatschert, während die linke Datenschutz-Antikapitalismus-Bubble das boykottiert und dann für Umfragekonsumenten (read: Politiker) nicht sichtbar wird. Insofern befülle ich seit einem Jahr eifrig Civey.

  Wer mir folgt, weiß ja vielleicht, dass ich beim @nordcon involviert bin. Neben der Zombiecalypse, dem Coverposing-Wettbewerb, und meinen allgemeinen Orga-Aufgaben hab ich inzwischen zusammen mit zwei anderen Leuten dazu auch Verantwortung für Awareness-Aufgaben auf dem NordCon übernommen. Dieses Jahr hatten wir das erste Mal dann auch ein dediziertes Awareness Team vor Ort.   while the girlfriend is hogging the 3D printer to commit crimes against music (so far, there are at least half a dozen things that do doot in a variety of doots), I have started to paint miniatures with cheap acrylic markers instead of specialised paints and sable brushes. I think that is the right medium for this kind of miniature shitposting...

  I have the odd idea of creating a dedicated "video conference thing on wheels". Basically a solid stand on coaster wheels that can be easily moved around, has a power bank there, a dedicated computer to run Teams, Zoom, etc. and a teleprompter camera/monitor setup that can easily be height-adjusted.   It is done! All three Miscast Swordmaster and the Permadeth one are painted up. For this set, I put myself up for a challenge: It's the first time I actually used oil paints for miniatures, and to make things more interesting, I relied on the Zorn palette, using only Burnt Umber, Red, Black, and White, mixing all the other shades from those four tubes.   Auf Empfehlung von @urizen hab ich mir jetzt mal @lenafalkenhagen und Tom Finn ihr erstes Simyala Buch gekauft. (Ich bin ja sonst nicht so der Aventurien-Mensch) Wichtiger PSA: Das Buch kommt ohne Adobe Kopierschutz daher, und ließ sich ohne Probleme in mein Booklore laden. Yay. Liegt jetzt als nächstes im Bücherstapel :)
