When I first started playing online chess I was very amused to find that, when angry and frustrated at my poor chess game choices, I would be able to click &quot;flip board&quot; and presumably rage quit, throwing all the pieces in the air. #chess

I actually enjoy chatting to Jehovah&#39;s Witnesses but it&#39;s funnier being out and the CCTV capturing them walking all the way down our steep and uneven 100m-long drive and then walking back up without having witnessed.

Had a long weekend in North Wales. Drove around with a Meshcore radio device but barely saw any data. Managed to get a couple of messages back to a friend in Huddersfield but delivery acknowledgements couldn&#39;t get back to me. Looks like there is coincidentally a lot more meshcore activity in the North of England, where I live! Although I do think I need to learn a bit more about how it works as I&#39;m not sure my testing was the best (mostly just watching the packet logs!) #meshc...

I&#39;m a big fan of Rage Against the Machine but never saw them live. Luckily I was able to see the very next best thing: Nic Cage Against the Machine. A RATM cover band fronted by Nic Cage. The music was absolutely on point and while I don&#39;t really know anything about Nic Cage, the singer was very entertaining. Definitely better than someone trying to be Zack de la Rocher and most likely failing. #ratm

My @roastinghouse coffee beans arrived today! Roasted fresh yesterday in Sheffield and arrived today in home-compostable packaging. I&#39;ve been looking out for new fermented beans since my local roastery made it a bit more difficult to buy theirs. These beans were delivered next day, a fair bit better and a comparable price. Support businesses on Mastodon when you can. Leaving the bad place isn&#39;t so easy when your income depends on it. #coffee
