  @dansup@mastodon.social is there a way for me as Pixelfed admin to block a spam account completely on my instance? Now some Pixelfed.social fake support accounts are spamming In the admin section I have only seen this, which makes no sense.   Hello @dansup@mastodon.social a user on pixelfed.social told me, that he can't find any user which is at the punkstodon.de server. I tried it with @punxsocial@punkstodon.de and @BackToFuture@punkstodon.de and @rwaschbaer@punkstodon.de but i was not able to find any of these with my Pixelfed.social account. Can you please check if you did a server ban? And if yes, why? Thx for your help. Cc: @admin@punkstodon.de

  @dansup@mastodon.social is in the next Pixelfed release a bugfix about the peertube issue? It makes no sense, that #Peertube videos are not federated, but #Loops video are, they could even be played in #Pixelfed directly... Even if one is your project, they should be both treated equal.   One of the killer features from @HolosSocial@mastodon.social is for me, that you can use your own domain. This means, as a band, author etc you can promote everywhere your handle with @name@my_own_domain.tld This is so perfect. This means your handle will still be correct if the instance you chose in the beginning is not alive anymore.   Ab heute gibt es die neue @javaaktuell an allen Bahnhofskiosken zu erwerben. In dem Heft findet sich unter anderem ein Einsteiger Artikel von mir zum Thema: "Fediverse - Social Media, dezentral und Community-driven" @McPringle hat das noch ergänzt mit einem sehr ausführlichen Artikel, was die @ijug.social ihren Mitgliedern für Services im Fediverse anbietet.   At the moment there are monthly workshops everywhere in Germany, to tell people to switch from BigTech to ethical ones. I will also do a workshop for the praising the Fediverse in February. Even I'm a #pixelfedadmin, I have to tell the people to chose #Mastodon over #Pixelfed, as Pixelfed is so buggy, that I don't want to frustrate them.
