  BTW #Slackware buddies, is there a simple special trick to have #Slackbuilds install in /usr/local rather than /usr? Like some environment variable to set before running the slackbuild script? The idea is to keep native slackware fs "sane" and add all extra stuff elsewhere.

  @sizeofvoid@bsd.network I don’t have non-working things to complain about (now that relayd sends a UserAgent during heartbeat ;-) One thing I miss is that relayd doesn’t log in Apache’s format. That keeps it from being used with standard log parsers. And needs extra work when you want to get infos out of it. I also find error logs to be sometimes cryptic or too silent. I recall having an issue exposing GoToSocial. And it took a couple of minutes when switch to using nginx to get a "too ma...

  Today, I have yet another reason to rant against FreeBSD... It wrecked all my OpenBSD bhyve machine by not waiting for them to properly shutdown after I ask FreeBSD to reboot (to apply updates). Well... not wrecked as a couple of fsck sent them back to business. I've had other issues with bhyve on OmniOS but not any suck dumb behaviour :-/

  So that #NetBSD 11.0_RC7 got installed on X280 and works… couci-couça… pkgsrc has hickups with pkgin these days.touchpad has some weird unexpected double-click reaction. But I tuned nothing, yet.although Wi-Fi was configured and ran during install and setup was saved to the installed system, it seems wpa_supplicant don’t start at boot. I have to doas start it some that I get WiFi working.also about WiFi, connecting to 2.4GHz works but not to 5GHz.apropos and manpage exist for apm and zzz but bin...

  J’habites au dessus d’une porte de garage public. Et depuis un petit moment, à chaque ouverture / fermeture, j’entends les couinements, frottements, etc de la porte. Plusieurs fois par jour. Et par nuit. Bref, j’me suis sorti les doigts, j’suis descendu avec mon WD-40 et j’en ai foutu partout : sur les rails, sur chaque pièces avec un roulement, sur les engrenages et le long des chaines. Et bah… ça fait 6H que j’entends plus rien. Juste une petite vibration qui remonte le long des parpaings....

  Anyone browses #Invidious using #Librewolf? Did you tune something special to have it display videos from it? (Mine don’t work here 🤔) EDIT/SOLVED: /etc/librewolf/pledge.rdd and /etc/librewolf/pledge.utility need the tmppath correction (replace with wpath, cpath). All it took was starting Librewolf from a terminal and stare at those BlaBlaBlaBlaBla (error) lines. 🙄
