Had to rid a goldenrod bed of a sneezeweed infestation. When young they&#39;re a little tricky to tell apart. The narrower and straighter leaves are sneezeweed. Goldenrod is fatter in the middle but when glancing into a bunch its hard to tell apart. Sneezeweed is allowed to grow other places, it is pretty and attracts butterflies.

Just deported a 3 inch wide wolf spider outside. It was in a tricky corner near a cold air return, but I&#39;ve become quite good at leading them somewhere flat to capture safely

observations from running my own weather station for a week: - a three foot difference in sensor placement results in +/- 5 degrees (F) in readings and +/- 10% humidity -piezo wind readings are erratic but seem fairly accurate -piezo rain needs calibrated. i&#39;m off ~half an inch from nearby stations from last night i need to buy more tools to validate my tools which are measuring weather

I didn&#39;t get to harvest this oregano plant last summer before it seeded. I now have an entire 4&#39; x 4&#39; raised bed of oregano. It spread to the next bed over which now has 2 new large oregano plants. There are 2 other plants that have popped up outside the beds this year as well. I guess I&#39;m an oregano farmer now.

My grandfather used to have a 2 inch toilet seat height extender because his balls would dip in the toilet water while pooping. In his later years that increased to an extra 6 inches above the seat. I hope this is a hereditary trait
