    Far be it from the Trump Administration&#39;s first &#39;paradox&#39; but it seems rather silly that they were pushing a 10 year moratorium on any law restricting AI, yet they also were the ones to flip out and get models pulled &#39;for national security&#39; reasons (which appear to have been knee-jerky; https://www.theregister.com/security/2026/06/15/feds-freaked-over-fable-5-after-simple-fix-this-code-prompt-not-jailbreak-says-researcher/5255827)

    Sold my old #X100V this evening (for a good price). I still have an #X100VI (which is far superior) and in arming the V I realized I still have an F as well, but is always a bit sad to let one go. Thankfully, it&#39;s to a good friend who knows the camera and will put it to good use. I&#39;ve had every version of the x100 platform and loved them all, even the original x100 with all its flaws. I&#39;d kill for a #GFX100RF but even at a used price of 3k just isn&#39;t in the cards.

    About to finish the Second season of #FROM and it gives me the exact same vibes as watching #LOST did back in the day. Ensemble cast, mysterious location, cast that are somehow connected, limited resources, homicidal environment, &#39;Last time on FROM&#39; recaps at the episode start, physics that seems at odds with itself and only seems to work &#39;because it does&#39;. So far, I&#39;m loving it, hopefully it holds up until the end. 🤞 I do hate the &#39;que sera, sera&#39; theme song thou...

    Okay so an interesting quirk of my #3dprinter (if you can call it that) is that the fans are adjustable up and down. Since I have no way to CFD the design quickly, I&#39;ve never really known where they should point or be installed to. I have just guessed and tried locations. Are they too high (ineffectual and cools the heat block/nozzle)? Too low (cools the part, at risk of snagging or dragging on the print)? Tough to say! And an idea just hit me. I have a thermal camera! It&#39;s not perfec...
