RE: https://respublicae.eu/@EUScienceInnov/116280139891224162 This means nothing if the digital stack relies on North American companies, as it happens with EULogin. No Google spying in your phone? Then no mobile access https://mastodon.social/@jdelacueva/116103089304791787

Actions speak louder than words. I am unable to install EU Login app in my phone because I use LineageOS and not the Google Spy Android. Thus, I cannot use the double factor authentication, mandatory from the 25-02-2026 on unless I tell Google. A frontal attack to our #privacy. Stupid, no? @EUCommission

This is Spanish Congress website. It includes logos of Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram. I wonder which terms and conditions they click-accepted. Somebody has a very erroneous idea of what a sovereign chamber must represent. https://www.congreso.es/

Has anybody asked #ChatGPT how many mobile phone numbers have they collected, where are they saved, who has access to them and how do they implement GDPR? Curious about the answer.

I received response to my FOI petition to the European Commission regarding their acceptance of Twitter Terms and Conditions. Their answer is that there is no documentation that supported their acceptance. That is to say, nobody studied the legal implications of accepting Twitter's conditions. Somebody should be responsible for this :-/

ChatGPT demonstrates, one more time, that the myth of 'innovation depends on a "stronger" intellectual property' is simply not true. ChatGPT has been trained without any respect for IPR and nobody would say it is not innovative.

So, if you receive an email from an Outlook user or you reply to one of them, Microsoft also gets the data. I wonder how they are going to justify consent or legitimate use under GDPR for Outlook non users but victims. Communication via Twitter should be abandoned by all EU Horizon projects. Instead, all projects' websites should use RSS. We could then follow their evolution through sovereign channels and even share OPMLs. #OpenScience
