I just had the best #chess game of my life. I should retire. I peaked. I thought I blundered when I missed the free queen but the review engine says it was a good play. 🤷

Can someone explain this #chess puzzle to me. I get that the purpose is to take the rook in a8, but why doesn&#39;t the king take the bishop in g3 to get out of check? At the end of the day it doesn&#39;t matter, but it bothers me, #lichess #chesspuzzles

I survived 32 moves against Chess.com 3200 ELO bot (&quot;Maximum&quot;) while never going down on material. It&#39;s a dominating loss, but I am super happy with my play here. #chess

My son as black played a hilarious game against (what I&#39;m assuming to be another child) in #chess. The king&#39;s pawn is basically the Terminator that walked up unopposed to promote before white resigned.
