@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org I did organize my entir4e book collection by library of congress call number at one point. It wasn't great. Last name of artists / Band name has worked pretty well for dipping in to music. There are of course cover songs written by someone else, but If I want say "Intruder" by Peter Gabriel, vs the Primus cover, I pretty much know what I am getting when I organize by Band/ artist.

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org "Quantize" is exactly what f's up my drum solos on any digital drum kit because it wants to fence me into a beat pattern often slower than what I am playing and "line all the notes up".
