New post, in which I spend far too much time on prepping some gibberish for an adventure, just because I enjoy it! Faux Conlangs for Roleplaying, https://troypress.com/faux-conlangs-for-roleplaying/ #conlang #TTRPG

In Stars & Wishes, my players had asked for an action-adventure session. Come the actual session: they ran away from threat #1, then choose the safest option from a range of options, then avoided threat #2. At each stage, they choose the most boring option! Fortunately, thanks to the dice, things then went spectacularly wrong, and we had accidents, attacks, injuries, and failures galore. #TTRPG

"Big money campaigns do tend to have high end tiers that are substantially more expensive than the entry level pledge tiers – and those high priced tiers are often very important for the funding success of these campaigns." https://patchworkpaladin.com/2026/05/18/kickstarter-whales-guest-post/ #TTRPG #Kickstarter

I was downtown and decided I wanted to go to a florist. The storefront for the first one that Apple Maps sent me to was long gone; apparently now they only do deliveries. The second one was actually just someone's house. Again, apparently they only do deliveries. The third one was a storage bay in an industrial park. Guess they only do deliveries.
