  IVPN's new Plus and Pro Suite plans, added in May, share a unique property. Unlinked Access is a subscription sync layer that doesn't propagate your IVPN account ID to additional services in the plans (Mailx, modDNS and Portmaster). Bundled services usually share one identity across every product. Each downstream database ends up storing the same user identifier. That's what we wanted to avoid when designing Unlinked Access.   Note: IVPN does not publish browser extensions for the VPN service. If you have installed one, remove it immediately and contact our support team. If you haven't, consider any IVPN-branded browser extensions in web stores malicious. Only our Mailx service has a legitimate browser extension pulished by the IVPN team (Chrome: ogdmgaidomgkpefdgciobijgbobjmkpk , Firefox: addon/mailx/).

  @katzenberger Thanks for report, yes we had a critical server failure which affected our website and key servers. This was indeed our first outage like that in a while and we will work on improving the resiliency for future events like this.

  Monero (XMR) payments are temporarily disabled for all IVPN signups and renewals. We're resolving a sync issue with our Monero node. We will update this thread once it's fixed. We have recently added Diagnostic logs and shipped several improvements and fixes. Browser extension coming soon. Navigate to Mailx beta tab in the IVPN account area to sign up and start testing.
