after my phone broke I decided to seize the opportunity to get off algorithmic socials, move back to NewPipe, and start wiping my Meta and Google accounts as much as possible. which has been... such an insanely good thing for my brain. &quot;feel dumb for taking so long to do it&quot; kinda good.
