So many tracks from The Midnight would work for this #JukeboxFridayNight theme of #PeaceAndCalm, but I find this cover especially relaxing and beautiful: The Midnight - Because the Night (Feat. Nikki Flores) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oatqp_fWssY #nowplaying #music

This week's #JukeboxFridayNight theme is #AWiderWorld and I'll be the first to admit my music collection could stand to expand to more parts of the world. Looking forward to checking some of these out this weekend to maybe broaden my horizons. For my part, here's a blast from the past from Iceland that still makes me smile every time I hear it: Sigur Rós - Hoppípolla https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAYb8ZyjzD0 #music #musicvideo #nowplaying

One of my favorites from the time. I learned every word and even recorded myself singing along on at least one occasion. Just heard that he passed away, so in honor of Duncan Sheik, my entry for #JukeBoxFridayNight #PersonalPlaylist Duncan Sheik - Barely Breathing https://youtu.be/A-oh-tP6RvA #nowplaying #musicvideo #music #duncansheik

One of my favorites from the era, the music video for Fall Behind Me is so perfectly #nostalgic to the time. The sound, the hair, the clothes, the 60s-psychadelic-neon vibe. *chef's kiss* Added bonus, every time I hear it, I'm also reminded of The Donnas appearing at Piper's club to perform the song on an episode of Charmed (the original series, which is the only one). As others have pointed out, this new track from Dead Poet Society sounds way more like .SALT. than anything off of FISSION. Love FISSION, but I'm definitely here for more of the .SALT. sound! Holy shit... I can't believe it's been 16 years since this song came out (literally in four days). It spent a long time strategically positioned on my running playlist to play just as I would usually get to a long, hot, uncovered stretch of trail. It motivated me to keep going to make it to the other side and back into the cover of the trees. I don't run anymore, but the feeling it evokes now is the same. https://youtu.be/3VCvSJo-yC0?si=kDXP47N9kZXuDxws #musicVideo #JukeboxFridayNi...
