@nicol Use REM for all your units in CSS. It will allow the browser to scale everything proportionally (fonts, padding, width, height, margin, etc....). I got the same problem with a client with partial vision impaired and he has the browser at 250%. You can also set REM units for your breakpoints instead of pixels.
