Tokodon is pretty cool. So far it's been a better experience than any other frontend I've tried. Notifications seem to be loaded dynamically. And it's a native KDE app! There are a couple things that could be better. There is an option in the settings to enable link previews, but it doesn't seem to work. Notification sounds would be cool. https://apps.kde.org/tokodon/
