Maybe it's all about curation and care? Curating music, videos, art, texts, software, tutorials, news, .... Caring for partners, friends, and strangers in need you will never meet. Capitalism is a system that claims you can skip the curation and caring and just base everything on personal profit and capital gains. The result is what we are experiencing in 2026. I know friends and myselves, who refused to work for some rich people or big corporates, because we could, without ruining ou...

The flat screen interface is one hell of an invention. We are living in an age that glorifies screens as the default access mode for almost anything. It is not just the artefact you are holding in your fand or have placed in front of you. Screens also are shaping how we think and feel. The screen medium quite literally is the message. So all the world's national governments who refused to meaningfully reduce their fossil fuel and gas usage during the last couple of decades, are now discovering that going for oil and gas is not the safe bet they thought it would be. The same governments like to pretend to care for children which however were out in the millions to protest the adult's idi...

To be president-pilled is to lean into the ultimate irony of the modern era: adopting the grand, sweeping rhetoric of a head of state to narrate a life that often feels mostly or entirely out of our control. Talking like we are directing some grand systems, and self-importantly discussing which strategic decision should be taken. A President without anyone listening or obeying. A sad figure, really. To stop pretending to be a president means to realize and develop our actual agency.

we might be about to experience the largest shift towards renewable energy ever seen. It's almost comical how politicians trying to do one thing and very strongly ... "make oil and gas great again", Trump and german economy minister Reiche agree ... might achieve pretty much the opposite. And who is ready to supply renewable tech products? China i guess. Another self-own if ever there was one.
