Analyzing for a few days bot activity in our institutional repository I understand why some repos block whole countries: because it is easy, not because it is effective. The majority of unidentified bots are from 🇺🇸..of course no one willing to block that one.

Cloud products are frustrating, certainly in library context. I feel more like a experimental physicist than just following the documentation or helpdesk. #exlibris I am sure you have a great product, but the documentation isn&#39;t. Fragmentary, out dated, ambiguous. Some ideas are great, some are just a kludge.
