I had a great time at the #WICMP #WICMP11 over the weekend. The #poledancing workshop went by so quickly. I even had to come up with additional beginner tricks for the participants to try as they kept doing things on their first or second attempt. ☺️ On the next day we switched to freestyle pole while the DJ was doing their thing. No wotkshop this time as it was way too loud. Totally forgot to take some photos of myself (like most of the time).

Baking a Cake right now. I love this one. It&#39;s a carrot cake.😊 As always I am adding to my notes to my recipe ring book. 👨🍳 As always I am annoyed about having to cram my notes into the margins in increasingly smaller handwriting. 😑 As always I start typing it all down into a markdown file to finally get it layouted properly. 😄 As always I am interrupted by the oven timer. 🥺 As always I&#39;m going to finish later. 🙃

I was kindly asked to participate in a #poledance #fotoshooting by a friend. I was sceptical at first but it turned out to be a lot of fun. Unfortunately I had to reject nearly all pictures because I tend to grin like an idiot on all photos of any kind.😢 Here is a #pdshoulderhang that made it through the filter. 😳 This is like the 5th take and I was already running out of strength to hold it so it isn&#39;t that high. 😅

After some hours of (laser)cutting, gluing and sowing I just finished my pair of #openfootwear bare foot shoes 🤩. Thank you @zam for hosting this awesome workshop. I finally have perfectly fitting shoes on both of my slightly differently sized feet. There are still some slots open for tomorrows workshop in case you have some time on short notice 😄. Gestern hatte ich bei der Wiedereröffnungsfeier des @bytewerk alle Hände mit der Beschaffung von Barutensilien zu tun, als ich gefragt wurde, ob ich ein paar Fragen zu meiner #polefitness #poledance -Stange im Chilloutraum beantworten könne. Der Raum war voll mit Menschen, die sich an die Wände drängen mussten und eher einen Mini-Workshop erwarteten 🥰 Vielen Dank, dass ihr so viel Interesse an meinem Sport zeigt. Ich bereite einen Workshop für die #GPN22 vor.
