The image generation feature built into ChatGPT 4.o is impressive. Whereas a year ago the response was “What you’re trying to do violates my rules”, today the AI delivers astonishing results within 90 sec. Here is a studio photograph of my great-grandfather from 1949, of which I only have a poor-quality copy. My prompt: “Please restore and colourise.” First attempt.
