Took a morning walk at Rushui Forest Park again, and spotted this cute pair of Speckled Piculets, a unique tiny woodpecker. The bird on the right just fed the juvenile bird on the left. I am really shamed of sharing this. But here we go, the story behind it: I was out birding at a local park and saw a man carrying a bird. The bird has its both feet chained to a black stick installed to a water bottle. I asked him what&#39;s going on? He said he bought the bird at a local store and now is what he claimed to be &quot;walking&quot; the bird. I just don&#39;t understand that there are stores allowed to sell birds.
