I started with #TheIslandDiaries & hopped to other shows similar in vein to Stanley Tucci's Searching For Italy. Many are older #BBC lifestyle shows, but just as fascinating to discover local dishes, businesses, people & stories.

  Please don't be or raise sub-humans who leave perishable food or your garbage in random places in the grocery store.   I don't consider myself a #yogurt person, but after finding no sugar added vanilla Yoplait, my new favourite at work breakfast is Vector cereal (subbing for granola) covered with vanilla unsweetened yogurt & dried cranberries on top. #Breakfast #parfait. I also like using dried goji berries as a topping.
