"Findest du es gut, einen #PHPUnit #Workshop bei einem #TYPO3camp anzubieten? Das hat doch nichts mit TYPO3 zu tun!" TYPO3 hat einige Besonderheiten, die den Einstieg ins Testing erschweren. Ein Selbststudium kann da frustrieren. Besser ist es, Lösungen gemeinsam zu erarbeiten und von der Erfahrung anderer zu profitieren. Darum, ja, finde ich gut. Just switched a four-year-old project with more than 1.000 #PHPUnit feature tests to parallel test execution with a decrease in execution time from nine to less than two minutes. Not entirely without friction, but worth the effort. Learned a lot about garbage collection and memory leaks, things, you usually neglect in your daily work.
