  I had an itch I needed scratched, so here is cainban: http://cainban.com/ A simple commandline kanban built in Go, which I've never used before but felt like fit the "one-task"-app purpose. Zero guarantees for the code quality... No web-interface, and every function accessible on the commandline + a built in MCP server.   No time for games, so I've been playing various dle's instead during commute. I also recently wanted to get back into reading Japanese, so to make that part of my daily routine I made Kanjidle: https://kanjidle.com Single page html with vanilla javascript and SVG animations. Nothing fancy, and I was tearing my hair to make the search/answer-bar work.

  I have a small k3s cluster with 6 nodes based on old mini-pcs running at home. The pains of running k8s (or derivatives) compared to just having something else manage the platform makes me question this decision every week. But now I know my customers pains...
