Finished rebuilding a #FreeCAD model in #OpenSCAD to learn the ins and outs, only to find out that I can't fillet or chamfer my resulting object without some absolutely *ridiculous* tomfoolery involving offset hacks and other nonsense. Very disappointing.

Just tried for like 3 hours to get Honeykrisp working on Asahi and made *very* little progress. Ready to slam my face through drywall right about now. What&#39;s worse is the internet can&#39;t seem to agree as to whether or not it&#39;s already included in the installation... all I know is that (at least some) apps aren&#39;t seeing the Vulkan driver.

Well, my tenure at my current job ends at 9 AM tomorrow; I&#39;m being laid off along with most of my company after an acquisition. I&#39;m a Staff Software Engineer. I&#39;ve been working with CDK/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, Docker, etc. but have a fair bit of experience in Kotlin and C# and I pick things up pretty fast.
