  Did Bill Gates really have 0 ability to get antibiotics in secret except to ask Epstein for them, in writing? Like he didn’t even have real life employees on NDAs he could pay to figure this out for him? Even tho he has unlimited money he’s still completely powerless to get himself secret antibiotics and has to pop Epstein an email? Why?
